EGO-To dissolve or not to dissolve?

Ego, alter ego, we all identify with this in some way or another, inflated or deflated. We live in a reality that uses duality male, female, yin, yang, shakti, shiva, positive, negative, to create our class room, a set up, the perfect medium for spiritual growth. As physical beings duality is the sole reason for the lack of memory of the true self, the higher self, the one, the oneness. Remembering our forgotten connection to the the source of oneness that ties thought together, is the most powerful tool to facilitate spiritual growth. It is for the process of remembering our essence, our source, our God that we are here as physical beings.

How does our ego teach us self discovery? Why does pain and suffering bring one back to god? If we know that the the alter ego is the feeling of separateness, and fear of not "being connected" is basically the fear of death and dying. Then we have to say that the greatest attraction based on the laws of attraction would be our reality manifesting our subconscious, the fear of death. Presently we see it in our current reality as a world in chaos. So as the law of attraction falls into place as an order within the chaos, what we resists persists. The inner reflects the outer realities, the micro verses the macro.

It all happens for a reason.... chance and coincidences are none....yes we question this......? So how does Suffering and the law of attraction relate here? It is the only way to dissolve the ego. Immediate suffering how do we comprehend this simple law and incorporate suffering pain death within it's set of parameters. This is the most difficult to comprehend for yes we can say I attract wealth happiness but to say I caused my own suffering this in another matter so charged and volatile that why debate only to argue with yourself.

As humans progress at this accelerated pace we are able to manifest more quickly what we need to evolve spiritually. The gifts that we give ourselves as a humanity in the form of suffering are just that gifts. Extreme gifts of reevaluation, expansion, humility, all for rapid Egoic burning, a mass dissolving of the ego. Eckhart Tole in A New Earth puts it perfectly "If the egoic earth drama has any purpose at all, it is an indirect one: It creates more and more suffering on the planet, and suffering,although largely ego-created, is in the end also ego-destructive. It is the fire in which the ego burns itself up."

A "gift" I know hard to swallow. Yet the pain and sorrow awakens one's spiritual essence to expansion, to awaken, to grieve to morn and to wonder why? It is a healing crisis, we as a planet are in the process of accelerated healing.

As a yoga practitioner and teacher I have witnessed and experienced personally healing crisis-is, which are examples of a release that clears space for the higher self to awaken. The more we incorporate practices that facilitate this energetic movement of the mind, body, spirit connection the more we open up to higher frequencies in our collective consciousness, and therefore create profound healing throughout our entire universe. We will see the immediate results and do see it as what we call "instant karma". It is an answer to our request for higher learning again the law of attraction responding to our request for healing.

It is the higher self demanding higher learning. As we evolve the ability to comprehend and assimilate higher vibrational energies increases, the better it gets, the better it gets. We are never given what we are unable to resonate with, the frequencies grow gradually to higher and higher resonance and until we are ready those frequencies will not be available. It is like the tuning in to radio frequencies, you have to pick your channel in order to receive what you want. So we go back to intention and focus and the law of attraction. We are collectively manifesting our own reality and it will give us what we want (even if it is subconscious i.e....Egoic burning...) every-time. This is why everything happens for a reason the reason is to discover the Higher Self the hidden self the "I" in I am.

To want this healing connection with yourself will be and is the key to yoga "union" and Samadhi "connection to the divine or to be one with the divine". In order to get "here" ( we are already there...time as a concept does not really exist in this sacred space) we are experiencing a clearing and a cleansing on a grand scale. It is the quickest way to burn egoic karma, it is in essence the energies of the heart coming through to heal the ego mind. Our hearts to our thoughts, to become powerful in your mind, single pointed, present and aware, let go and surrender to the higher self, let go of control. It is "chitta vritti nirodhah!" ....stopping the chatter of the mind. Once achieved even for a second the union, the connection, the veil will be lifted to reveal the true self, the higher self which has been there with you all along. So.... Just relax the ego and become a child willing to learn. This is how we heal. We are all the same we are burning ego karma to quicken the quickening.

It is all happening for a reason...have faith and believe....
